mouse armMouse arm, also known as Syndrome or RSI secretaries disease is an umbrella term for several diseases in the area of the arm, wrist, neck and shoulders. It is caused by the constant repetitive motion in the operation of a computer. Particularly at Mausarm occurs therefore in professions which are working exclusively on the PC, eg for software developers or secretaries.

A well-defined clinical picture does not exist in mouse arm, therefore, be grouped under the term all the diseases that result from always the same burden of an arm and wrist. These include inflammation of the tendon sheath, arm pain, degenerative joint disease, and tension in the neck.
