hepatitisThe liver is the largest organ of the human body and also the only one whose cells are able to regenerate itself. Prerequisites for this is that the causes of liver injury is resolved, less than half of the organ to be removed and the remaining cells are healthy. The liver is responsible for many metabolic processes, it inactivates hormones and contaminants and degrades them.

For the inflammation of the liver cells, which can be both acute and chronic, characterized different causes responsible. Firstly, they can be mechanical in nature () for example, bruises, are by poisoning (drugs, drugs, alcohol) and caused by viruses.
